By accessing Temhert ("Service"), you agree to these binding terms on behalf of your educational institution.

2. User Accounts

Educational institutions are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate institutional information
• Managing user access credentials
• Obtaining proper consent for student data
• Terminating access for unauthorized users

3. Permitted Use

The Service may be used for:

• Educational administration and management
• Student performance tracking
• School-parent communication
• Academic record keeping

4. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering or decompiling platform code
• Commercial resale of services
• Bulk data scraping or extraction
• Uploading unlawful or harmful content
• Circumventing security measures

5. Intellectual Property

Jifar Technological solution retains all rights to platform code, interfaces, and design. Schools retain ownership of their educational content and student data.

6. Subscription Terms

• Annual billing cycles with auto-renewal
• 30-day notice for subscription cancellation
• Fee adjustments communicated 60 days in advance

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:
- Non-payment exceeding 30 days
- Material violations of these terms
- Legal compliance requirements

8. Limitations of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid during the 6 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• User-generated content issues

9. Modifications

We will provide 30 days notice of material term changes via email and in-platform notifications.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
